POINTS OF CAREGIVING - HUMANA

The Objective: To redesign the Points of Caregiving site for Humana.

 

Points of Caregiving is a site for seniors to find everything they need regarding health and getting older. The original design direction was not ideal for Humana, so I set a new standard and style guide. I incorporated a new color palette, page layouts, icon set and information architecture for a more inviting feel. I also revamped the UX for people 60 and up; this is their primary user, so the site needed to be very easy navigate.

 

The Deliverables: Branding, Web Design, UX/UI, Style Guide

 

The Results: The site redesign resulted in a 20 percent boost in traffic and higher sales in health programs sold through the site.
