The U.S. Army's FRG site is a secure way for families to communicate with deployed loved ones but also provides up to date information on military movement. Their engagement numbers were at their all time lowest and their bounce rate at almost 30%. To get these numbers where they needed to be the site had to be redesigned and the user strategy entirely rethought.

The Objective: To redesign the FRG (Family Readiness Group) for  the families of  Army soldiers so that they can easily see important information pertaining to their loved ones whether they are in another country or another state.

The problems being solved: information organization, information hierarchy, ease of viewing and the level of viewing pleasure

The Deliverables: Branding, Web Design, UX/UI

The Results: This site is still in development. As soon as it is live the link will go up!
